The weights of the seafood shown on YSSeafood.my are gross weights (before cleaning, descaling and removal of internal organs). After descaling & gutting the seafood, the weight of seafood will reduce around 15%-30%
- Wild-caught seafood / vacuum-packed and refrigerate / Descaled & gutted / All 1kg & above fishes will be sliced
If you want your seafood to be packaged or handled in a certain way, please note down your request in the “Remark” column before making payment. We will try our best to fulfill your requests.
YSSeafood.my网站所显示的海产重量为原重量（未经过清理、去鳞及清除内脏的重量）。新鲜鱼类去鳞及清除内脏后，海鲜重量大约会减少15% - 30%。
- 野生捕获海鲜 /真空包装及制冷保鲜 / 已清理、去鳞及清除内脏 / 所有1公斤以上的鱼都会进行切片

花斑鱼 (FLOWER Grouper )
Flower Grouper is a premium fish which is low in fats and high in protein. Its flesh is soft and tender like chicken. Hence, it is known as the “Chicken of the Sea”. It is also crowned as one of the top four fishes that can be found in Malaysia by the people residing in Hong Kong and Macau. Grouper contains plenty of amino acids that are necessary for human metabolism as well as various minerals such as iron, calcium and phosphorus. Its skin is also rich in collagen, which promotes cell synthesis, beautifying our skin and giving us a better complexion. This makes it extremely suitable for women who have just given birth. Groupers are extremely plump and fleshy with a firm texture. It can be cooked as a whole or sliced into fillets, and whether you choose to poach, deep-fry or steam it, you are certainly in for a treat. It is also delicious when made into fish balls or used as a stuffing.
